Board certification shows a level of devotion and proven abilities that cannot be matched by a simple chiropractic degree. When a chiropractor becomes board-certified in their sports medicine specialty, they have proven to a panel of their peers that they are capable of performing various therapies and providing a level of service that exceeds their patient’s expectations.
In order to become certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), each candidate must satisfy all educational eligibility requirements established by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP), and must demonstrate an acceptable and appropriate level of understanding and knowledge in all subject areas tested by the CCSP Certification Examination. All individuals certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) Certification Program must also demonstrate an ongoing professional commitment to the field of chiropractic sports medicine.

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fascists, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often result of overuse muscles.
Over-use muscles (and other soft tissues) change in three important ways:
acute conditions (pulls, tears, collisions, etc)
accumulation of small tears (micro-trauma)
not getting enough oxyen (hypoxia)
